Complaints & Grievance Policy

In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy provides guidance to all parents, students and staff in relation to complaints and grievance. MGGS is committed to providing a sage and supportive working and learning environment for all members of the school community and has developed a framework to resolving complaints and grievances in a dignified and respectful manner.
