Condition of Enrolment Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy mandates that all computer equipment, software, digital services & resources are used responsibly by students and for the purpose they are intended.

It is expected that all computer equipment and digital learning resources will be used as instructed and for educational purposes only. Please enquire with the school administrative office for all policies.

Anti-Bullying Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy mandates that MGGS is safe and supportive environment and that it is the right of all school community members to feel safe.

Parent Communications Policy

Background

Personal Electronic Device Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy covers the appropriate use by students of personal electronic devices at MGGS. The increased ownership of personal electronic devices, such as mobile phones, smart watches, fitness watches, tablets & hand-held games requires that MGGS, students and parents/carers take steps to ensure that these devices are used within the framework that is set within this policy.

Sporting Code of Conduct Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy establishes a minimum set of standards for any member of the MGGS community involved in sporting programs.

The Code of Conduct applies to any community member when playing, training or supporting school sanctioned sporting activities. Please enquire with the school administrative office for all policies.

Student Attendance Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy sets out the requirements for the attendance of students in MGGS. In adhering to this policy MGGS will apply a comprehensive record-keeping of student attendance to meet our 'Duty of Care' in maintaining the safety and wellbeing of students.

Student Management Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy mandates that MGGS have a responsibility to provide an educational environment that promotes the dignity and respect of our girls', and therefore, aims to eliminate bullying and harassment in all forms and involves listening, acceptance, tolerance and forgiveness.

Student Medication Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy mandates the guidelines for staff, parents/carers and student to ensure the safe and appropriate administration of medication to students at MGGS. This policy provides a holistic framework to the safe practices in relation to health, medical and medications issues of our students.

Student Social Media Policy

Background
In keeping with the vision of Muslim Girls Grammar School (MGGS) and the NSW Education Standard Authority (NESA), this policy mandates the provision of guidance about the use of social media to students, parents/carers of the MGGS community along with their rights and responsibilities.

Social media should not be used to harm, offend, abuse or harass any member and person nor to damage the reputation of MGGS. Please enquire with the school administrative office for all policies.
